Pelantikan anggota Majelis Rakyat Papua ( MRP) Provinsi Papua periode 2023 – 2028 adalah hasil dari praktik politik ” devide et impera ” Jakarta terhadap Papua. Kalau kursi kekuasaan MRP direbut dengan cara Papua tipu Papua, Papua fitnah Papua, dengan strategi kami merah putih, mereka bintang Kejora, maka lebih baik kakak Jenderal Tito Karnavian jangan lantik anggota MRP Papua.

Kursi kekuasaan MRP yang direbut orang Papua lain dengan cara – cara penghianatan sesama orang asli Papua, akan membuat MRP ke depan menjadi lembaga kelengkapan penderitaan orang Papua.

Kakak Jenderal Tito Karnavian kalau tidak melantik tiga orang asli Papua representasi adat dan agama, yakni Orpa Nari, Robert Wanggai dan Benny Swenny, maka bubarkan saja lembaga MRP.

Kalau pertimbangan kemendagri bahwa mereka bertiga tidak lolos proses bersih diri atau clearing house tim seleksi BIN, Kemenkopolhukam, Kejaksaaan Agung dan Kemendagri, maka kasus kejahatan politik ini akan menjadi bom waktu yang membahayakan hubungan Jakarta – Papua pasca Jokowi.

Mereka bertiga tidak dilantik karena tim clearing house dapat laporan dari orang – orang Papua ” merah putih ” bahwa mereka bertiga kader Lukas Enembe dan terlibat dalam aksi MRP pimpinan Timotius Murid yang mendukung Referendum politik Papua di periode kepemimpinannya.

Kalau terus kakak Jenderal Tito Karnavian dan Jakarta keluarkan kebijakan strategis untuk Papua dengan menggunakan kacamata isu kader Lukas Enembe dan pendukung Referendum Papua, maka ada dua hal yang saya ingin ingatkan kepada Jakarta dan kakak Jenderal Tito Karnavian.

Pertama, kebijakan ini adalah kebijakan diskriminasi dan rasialis. Ada kader – kader Lukas Enembe yang dipromosikan duduki jabatan Pejabat Gubernur di Papua, tetapi orang asli Papua seperti Perempuan asli Papua Orpa Nari, Robert Wanggai dan Benny Swenny tidak dipromosikan hak konstitusi mereka untuk menduduki kursi MRP. Jangan terus menerus Jakarta keluarkan kebijakan diskriminasi dan rasialis terhadap orang Papua. Jangan terus ciptakan konflik horizontal di Papua. Kami mau hidup damai di atas tanah adat kami sendiri, tanah Papua.

Kedua, fitnah dan tuduhan kepada orang – orang Papua sebagai pendukung Referendum Papua, sebagai kelompok bintang Kejora pro kemerdekaan Papua, karena sikap kritis mereka terhadap kebijakan negara yang keliru dan belum tepat sasaran membangun Papua, harus segera dikeluarkan dari hati dan pikiran orang Jakarta.

Tidak bisa Jakarta mau merebut atau menangkan hati dan pikiran orang Papua dengan preferensi – preferensi elit Jakarta model begini. Fitnah dan curiga tanpa bukti yang kuat terhadap Orpa Nari, Robert Wanggai dan Benny Swenny karena mereka ancaman terhadap kedaulatan negara di Papua, sudah harus dihentikan.

Kalau tidak dihentikan segera, saya minta kakak Jenderal Tito Karnavian tidak melantik 34 anggota MRP Papua, atau segera bubarkan lembaga MRP. Lembaga tidak jelas kerjanya dan jadi beban keuangan negara.

Uang negara untuk lembaga MRP ini, lebih baik digunakan untuk membayar gaji dan honor guru – guru kontrak, guru honorer, baik negeri maupun swasta di seluruh tanah Papua yang beban kerja mereka sangat berat tapi gaji dan honorarium mereka tidak diperhatikan Pemerintah Daerah dan pihak yayasan.

Dan juga untuk biayai ratusan ribu anak – anak usia sekolah di Papua, yang putus sekolah atau tidak mendapat kesempatan belajar di Jenjang sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi. Menurut data dari dosen Unipa Agus Sumule, ada sekitar 407.543 ribu anak usia sekolah di Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat yang putus sekolah di semua jenjang pendidikan karena tidak ada uang untuk studi mereka.

Anak – anak Papua yang malang ini lebih butuh uang dibandingkan para anggota MRP di lima Provinsi di tanah Papua, yang tidak jelas kerjanya tapi mendapat privilege istimewa dari negara untuk terima uang ratusan juta sampai milyaran rupiah untuk operasional kinerja tidak jelas mereka.

Semoga kakak Jenderal Tito Karnavian bisa arif dan bijaksana untuk menyelesaikan kasus politik devide et impera sesama orang Papua di balik perebutan kursi kekuasaan lembaga MRP.[*]
