Tidak lulus K2, tenaga honorer minta DPRD Nabire bentuk Pansus

Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Puluhan tenaga honorer K2 di Kabupaten Nabire, Papua Tengah yang tidak lulus atau tidak tercantum namanya dalam farmasi K2 Tahun 2022 melakukan protes. Protes tersebut berlangsung sejak dikeluarkannya SK menPAN RB Nomor 1053, tentang penetapan kebutuhan dan pengangkatan tenaga honorer dan tenaga kontrak menjadi ASN Tahun 2022 Kabupaten Nabire, pada Jumat (13/01/2022) kemarin.

Buntut dari aksi protes ke Kantor BKPSDM, Kantor Bupati bahkan Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Nabire beberapa hari kemarin, juga mendatangi kantor DPRD Nabire di Jalan Mandala, Kelurahan Bumi Wonorejo. Mereka menuntut agar Wakil Rakyat di Nabire membentuk Panitia Khusus (Pansus) guna mengusut persoalan tersebut, di Kantor DPRD Nabire, Rabu (18/01/2023).

Para tenaga honorer tersebut berasal dari beberapa instansi Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Nabire seperti, Rumah Sakit, Kantor Distrik, Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas PUPR, Bappeda, Setda, Dinas Perdagangan, Dinas Kesehatan, para Guru Honorer, BPBD Nabire dan Sekwan DPRD Nabire.

Ketidakpuasan ini gegara hasil K2 tidak mengakomodir tenaga honorer yang bertahun-tahun mengabdi kepada pemerintah. Justru sebaliknya sebagian besar yang dinyatakan lulus adalah bukan tenaga honorer.

Ketua Komisi A DPRD Nabire, Sambena Inggeruhi menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya harus menggelar rapat internal bersama pimpinan lembaganya. Dan lanjut dengan rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) bersama pihak eksekutif.

DPRD Nabire akhirnya menggelar rapat internal (20/01),  guna membahas polemik pasca protes tenaga honorer. Para anggota dewan bersepakat untuk menggelar RDP bersama pihak eksekutif pekan depan.

Sambena mengatakan, DPRD Nabire sedang berkomunikasi dengan pihak eksekutif. Agar hasil K2 tidak dibatalkan dan meniadakan, jangan sampai peluang K2 akan diambil alih oleh kabupaten lain, lalu Nabire menggunakan sistem kontrak.

“Rencananya, Selasa akan ada RDP. Kami harap Bupati Hadir nanti, termasuk instansi teknis,” ujar Inggeruhi.[*]
