Komunitas Papuan Foto di Dogiyai gelar Natal bersama, Jumat (09/12/2023). – Bumiofinavandu/Martinus Dumupa.

Dogiyai, Bumiofinavandu – Komunitas Papua Foto di Kabupaten Dogiyai, Papua Tengah, menggelar Natal bersama. Natal tersebut dirayakan bersama 74 anggotanya di dihadiri beberapa pemuda.

Perayaan Natal berlangsung Jumat (08/12/2023) pekan kemarin, yang dipimpin oleh Ev. Jekson Pugiye dengan tema “Bersatu untuk membangkitkan segalanya” dengan bacaan Injil Matius 2 :1 dan Matius 1:18.

Ev. Pugiye dalam renungan singkatnya, mengingatkan bahwa Yesus yang lahir  bukan sebagai orang dewasa, melainkan sebagai bayi mungil. Ia (Yesus) bahkan tidak dilahirkan di rumah atau istana yang megah, tapi di sebuah rumah dalam palungan.

“Namun dari pribadi-Nya dari lahir hingga kematian-Nya, Yesus mengalami penolakan, tetapi kemudian menjadi pribadi yang sanggup mengubahkan dunia,” ucap Pugiye.

Dikatakan, sesudah Yesus dilahirkan di Betlehem di tanah Yudea pada zaman raja Herodes, datanglah orang-orang majus dari Timur ke Yerusalem. Ini membuktikan kelahiran Yesus dihubungkan dengan dunia luar (orang majus) dan tercatat dalam sejarah, dan kelahiran Yesus menjadi tahun penanggalan sampai hari ini.

Demikian juga dengan hidup manusia, seharusnya menjadi tonggak sejarah yang dikenang orang sepanjang masa.

“Adik- adik sekalian, Hari ini kita memperingati Natal. Natal adalah pembuktian keajaiban Tuhan. Dalam peristiwa Natal pertama terjadi banyak keajaiban, kita percaya bahwa keajaiban Natal itu, tidak saja terjadi pada Natal pertama, tetapi juga di Natal saat ini. Mujizat Natal masih terjadi. Alamilah mujizat Natal ini, dengan selalu mengandalkan Tuhan dalam setiap permasalahan yang terjadi dan sedang kita hadapi. Kita bisa melihat perkara-perkara yang dahsyat karena keajaiban Tuhan,” katanya menjelaskan.

Ev. Pugiye berpesan kepada komunitas Papuan Foto Dogiyai, agar musti mengutamakan Tuhan dalam situasi apapun. Karena mengutamakan dan mengandalkan Tuhan berarti kebutuhan apapun akan tercapai.

Alasannya sederhana, sebab manusia membutuhkan pertolongan Tuhan sebagai nomor pertama. Setelahnya, barulah merencanakan dan melakukan sesuatu.

“Kedepan untuk mau bangkit Komunitas Photography ini, sangat dibutuhkan kebersamaan dan kekompakan dari adik-adik sekalian. Dan jangan lupa, selalu mengandalkan Tuhan dalam setiap pergumulan. Amin,” ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, ketua Papuansphoto Dogiyai Martinus Dumupa mengucap syukur dan berterima kasih kepada Tuhan, sebab dalam kesederhanaan, perayaan Natal dapat dilakukan.

“Maka mengucapkan terimakasih kepada para anggota Komunitas Papuansphoto Dogiyai yang mana sejauh ini jaga tali kebersamaan dan kesemangatan kita dalam kebersamaan. Terima kasih juga bapak Ev. Pugiye, yang sudah memimpin kami dalam ibadah,” ungkapnya.

Menurutnya, momen-momen hari besar keagamaan lainnya akan terus dilaksanakan oleh komunitas. Sehingga komunitas yang dipimpinnya akan siap dan berupaya dalam mendorong generasi muda Dogiyai untuk berkarya, khususnya melalui fotografer.

“Nantinya, kita saling membagi pengalaman. Jika ada kesempatan, perlu kita lakukan pelatihan-pelatihan,” pungkasnya.[*]
