Dilantik Nakodai Gabpeknas Papua Tengah, Tabroni; Saya ingin Pemuda asli Papua jadi pengusaha konstruksi

Ketua DPP Gabpeknas Papua Tengah, Tabroni Bin M. Cahta saat menerima pataka dari pengurus DPP, Sabtu (08/11/2023). – Bumiofinavandu.

Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Dewan Pengurus Pusat Gabungan Pengusaha Konstruksi Nasional (Gabpeknas), melantik Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Provinsi Papua Tengah. Pelantikan dilakukan oleh DPP Gabpeknas diwakili Sekjennya Bobby Tambunan, yang melantik Tabroni Bim M. Cahya untuk nahkoda di Gapeknas Papua Tengah.

Usai dilantik, pada kesempatan ini Tabroni juga melantik Pengurus Pimpinan Cabang Gabpeknas dari delapan Kabupaten di Provinsi ini.

Gabpeknas menurut Tabroni, merupakan asosiasi konstruksi nasional hadir di di Provinsi yang baru berumur satu Tahun tersebut.

Sehingga melalui kepemimpinannya, akan didahulukan beberapa program kerja seperti penataan organisasi, menyiapkan admin dan membagikan user.id anggota agar masuk sitem OSS, serta uji kompetensi dan beberapa program lainnya.

“Untuk Tahun depan karena kami baru dilantik lalu kebetulan ini akhir tahun, maka program akan kami laksanakan mulai awal Januari 2024,” tuturnya kepada awak media.

Dikatakan, uji kompetensi akan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme para pekerja konstruksi. Baik

tingkat SMA/SMK hingga sarjana, guna menyerap lapangan pekerjaan.

“Kalau anak-anak dibekali, pasti ada pegangan untuk mencari pekerjaan,” kata Tabroni menjelaskan.

Tabroni mengungkapkan, para pengurus Gabpeknas harus memiliki jati diri dan integritas serta mengedepankan sikap profesionalisme.

“Gapeknas juga, tidak hanya akan membinya para pengurus, tetapi akan melakukan pengkaderan bari anak Papua untuk menjadi tuan di negerinya sendiri yakni menjadi kontraktor-kontraktor tangguh yang handal,” ungkapnya.

Tabroni memiliki hati untuk membina anak-anak Papua. Dikisahkan, pada Tahun 2021 silam. Ia mendorong 20 orang putra daerah dari Paniai dan sudah memiliki akta perusahaan. Kemudian di tahun 2023, ada 10 pemuda yang memiliki akta perusahaan.

“Saya bukan pengusaha besar, tetapi saya punya hari untuk anak Papua, jadi sudah 30 perusahaan berbadan hukum yaitu CV sudah serahkan untuk anak-anak Papua, karena saya mau anak Papua menjadi tuan dan pengusaha kontraktor di Negerinya sendiri. Program ini karena saya teruskan di Gapeknas,” kisah Tabroni.

Sekjen Gabpeknas, Bobby Tambunan, mengatakan, Gabpeknas merupakan satu dari sembilan asosiasi konstruksi yang dinyatakan lulus akreditasi oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK), binaan Kementerian PUPR.

Gabpeknas memiliki tugas dan fungsi melayani anggota badan usaha jasa konstruksi dalam memenuhi standar nasional, yakni berinteraksi dengan luar negeri yaitu ISO.

“Kami juga turut membantu pemerintah dalam dalam perencanaan pembangunan dibidang infrastruktur dan

 mendorong SDM konstruksi professional.

“Kami akan mengadakan uji kompetensi sesuai standar pendidikan SMA sampai sarjana, agar memiliki skil dan mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi kerja,” pungkasnya.

Sementara itu, ketua Panitia pelantikan pengurus Gabpeknas Papua Tengah, Frans U. Magai menjelaskan, acara pelantikan digelar selama sehari dan diikuti oleh pengurus DPC Gapeknas dari delapan Kabupaten.

“Kegiatan satu hari saja, terima kasih karena sukses dan sudah selesai pelantikan. Jadi selesai pelantikan Ketua DPR, kemudian Ketua lantik Ketua DPC,” ungkap Magai.[*]
