Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Tiga Suku asli di wilayah pesisir Nabire bagian Barat, serta warga Kampung Ororodo Distrik Yaro, mendeklarasikan dan menyatakan siap menerima pergeseran Kabupaten Nabire ke wilayah itu. Bukan hanya siap menerima, masyarakat di daerah itu meminta pemerintah mengakomodir dan menyetujui permintaan tersebut.
Tiga suku itu adalah Suku Besar Yerisiam Gua, Suku Yaur, Suku Umari serta masyarakat kampung Ororodo, Distrik Yaro. Mereka akan menyiapkan tempat untuk pembangunan perkantor dalam sebuah deklarasi di Nabire, Selasa (06/09/2022).
Tim ini dibentuk bukan untuk pemekaran namun lebih kepada pergeseran Kabupaten, sehingga dari Distrik Nabire ke wilayah Timur dapat didorong menjadi Kotamadya.
“Kami sudah buat pertemuan dan mendeklarasikan bersama masyarakat tiga suku pemilik hak Ulayat, termasuk Kampung Ororodo. Kalau Kabupaten Nabire mau dipindahkan atau digeser maka tiga suku ini siap menyerahkan lokasi,” ujar ketua tim kerja konsolidasi pemindahan Kabupaten Nabire ke wilayah Barat, Sambena Inggeruhi dalam deklarasi siang ini.
Dalam pertemuan dengan tiga suku, menurut Inggeruhi, pihaknya sudah membentuk tim pergeseran. Tugasnya dari tim ini adalah untuk melengkapi persyaratan dan keperluan terkait pergeseran Kabupaten Nabire ke wilayah Barat, termasuk tanah untuk lokasi perkantoran.
“Hari ini, atas nama masyarakat tiga suku mendeklarasikan dukungan dan kesiapan untuk pergeseran Kabupaten Nabire ke wilayah Barat,” tuturnya.
Selain Inggeruhi, berikut beberapa pernyataan sikap dari beberapa perwakilan suku dan tokoh dari masyarakat di wilayah Barat Nabire;
- Kepala Suku Besar Yerisiam Gua, Ayub Kowoi menyatakan sukunya sangat siap dan mendukung kerja tim dan akan menyiapkan lahan guna pergeseran Kabupaten dan pembangunan.
- Sekretaris Tim pergeseran Kabupaten Nabire ke wilayah Barat, Petrus Sadi ikut mengiyakan mewakili tiga suku dan Kampung Ororodo, bahwa sangat mengharapkan pergeseran Kabupaten ke wilayah Barat Nabire. Sehingga Pemkab dan DPRD Nabire, diminta untuk segera menyikapi dan mendorong hal ini hingga ke pemerintah Provinsi dan Pusat agar tidak hanya menjadi wacana.
- Steven Mareku, mewakili masyarakat Suku Umari juga menyatakan sukunya akan memberi dukungan penuh kepada pemerintah dan tim agar pelaksanaan pemerintahan bisa merata dan dirasakan dekat dengan batas wilayah Nabire paling ujung Barat yakni Kampung Goni.
- Tokoh perempuan dari Kampung Ororodo, Marcy Kegou yang juga sebagai anggota DPRD Nabire ikut menyatakan sikapnya mewakili Kampungnya. Kata Dia, Warga Kampung Ororodo akan mendukung dan menerima pergeseran Kabupaten. Apalagi ketika Pemkab dan legislatif bekerja sama dengan baik sesuai prosedur, sehingga posisi Kotamadya tetap berada di Kabupaten induk saat ini. Sehingga Kampung Ororodo tentangnya akan ikut senang dan mendukung rencana pemerintah dan tim pergeseran.
