Putri Ketut Suarnaya menjelaskan, tujuan dari pelaksanaan beberapa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan bukan sekedar dalam rangka peringatan HUT ke-75 Polwan dan HUT ke-71 HKGB ) yang ke-71. Melainkan lebih kepada mempererat rasa kebersamaan di kalangan warga Bhayangkari Nabire, serta seluruh lingkungan keluarga besar Polres Nabire.
“Maka lomba-lomba yang dilaksanakan memiliki peran penting sebagai sarana bagi para peserta, untuk mengekspresikan bakat dan kreativitas mereka, sekaligus memperkuat rasa cinta dan kebanggaan terhadap Papua, khususnya Nabire,” jelas Ny. Putri Ketut Suarnaya, Rabu Kamis (31/08/2023) kemarin.
Untuk itu, Dia mengajak seluruh ibu-ibu Bhayangkari dan Polwan Polres Nabire, untuk bersatu dan menjadi wanita yang lebih kuat, serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Nabire. Dengan semangat ini, diharapkan Bhayangkari dan Polwan dapat berkontribusi positif untuk masyarakat khususnya di wilayah Nabire.
“Acara tersebut tidak hanya menjadi momen perayaan ulang tahun Polwan dan HKGB, tetapi juga menggambarkan semangat kolaborasi dan komitmen Bhayangkari Polres Nabire dalam memberikan kontribusi positif bagi lingkungan sekitar,” imbuhnya.
Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh Kapolres Nabire, AKBP I Ketut Suarnaya, Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Nabire Ny. Putri Ketut Suarnaya, Pejabat Utama Polres Nabire, Polisi Wanita Polres Nabire, serta seluruh anggota Bhayangkari Cabang Nabire dan keluarganya.
Adapun beberapa lomba yang digelar antara lain, lomba UMKM, yel-yel, dan lomba nyanyi lagu pop daerah Papua.[*]
