Enam anggota Res Dogiyai saat memasuki ruang siding, pada Jumat (18/08/2023).– Bumiofinavandu/ISTIMEWA.

Kigamani, Bumiofinavandu –  Kepolisian Resort Dogiyai, menggelar sidang disiplin bagi enam orang anggotanya. Siding berlangsung pada Jumat (18/08/2023) kemarin, dipimpin oleh Kabag OPS Polres Dogiyai AKP Doktor Wahda J. Saleh.

AKP Wahda Saleh didampingi Kabag SDM Iptu H. Imam Masturi, dan penuntut Kasie Propam Iptu Lukman H. Saputro, dan dua pendamping dari para terduga pelanggar yaitu, Kasat Samapta dan Kasat Binmas di hadiri para terduga pelanggar serta para saksi.

Dalam sidang tersebut, pimpinan sidang mendengarkan keterangan baik dari saksi maupun anggota yang diduga melakukan pelanggaran.

Dan memberikan putusan dengan dinyatakan secara Sah dan menyakinkan, telah melakukan pelanggaran disiplin anggota Polri kepada ke enam orang anggota Polres Dogiyai.

Keenam anggota tersebut, menerima hasil putusan sidang disiplin dan siap menjalani hukuman disiplin seperti yang sudah dijatuhkan kepada terduga pelanggar.

Mereka diantaranya, Bripka AM, Briptu DB, Bripda YP, Bripda SDA, Bripda YMP dan Bripda MAES. Keenamnya dikabarkan akan menjalani putusan sidang sesuai dengan pelanggarannya, ditambah penundaan pangkat dan larangan mengikuti pendidikan. Sedangkan putusan terendah yaitu penempatan di tempat khusus (patsus) selama 7 hari sampai 21 hari. Dan keenamnya dalam pengawasan selama 6 bulan.

Setiap anggota Polri dalam memberikan pelayanan, perlindungan dan pengayoman kepada masyarakat, harus memiliki sikap disiplin yang tinggi dan bertanggung jawab serta mampu menjadi contoh yang baik sebagai penegak hukum yang profesional.

“Maka sidang disiplin tersebut dilakukan sebagai pembelajaran bagi anggota yang lain dan efek jera bagi pelanggar disiplin. Maka kepadanya dikenai sanksi berupa Punishment atau hukuman dan diharapkan agar tidak terulang,” pungkasnya.[*]
