Jakarta, Bumiofinavandu – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo mengungkapkan bahwa, insiden jatuhnya Helikopter P-1103 di Perairan Bangka Belitung, merupakan duka bagi seluruh keluarga besar institusi Polri.
Jenderal Sigit memastikan bahwa proses pencarian Kru Helikopter P-1103 yang naas itu akan dilakukan maksimal.
Peristiwa tersebut menurut Kapolri, terjadi ketika Helikopter melakukan perjalanan dari Pangkalan Bun ke Pondok Cabe. Namun, di tengah penerbangan heli itu diterjang oleh cuaca buruk.
“Keluarga besar Kepolisian mendapatkan musibah karena ada satu pesawat helikopter kita P-1103 yang dalam perjalanan dari Pangkalan Bun akan kembali ke Pondok Cabe, dua helikopter. Karena mendapatkan kondisi cuaca buruk, sehingga satu helikopter lost contact,” ujar Jenderal Sigit usai penyematan Brevet Hiu Kencana TNI AL di Dermaga 100 Jakarta Utara, Senin (28/11/2022).
Dia menjelaskan, pihaknya telah melakukan langkah-langkah maksimal untuk melakukan proses evakuasi dan pencarian terhadap kru dari helikopter tersebut.
Dalam proses pencarian dan evakuasi, Polri bersinergi dengan TNI Angkatan Laut (AL), Basarnas, dan masyarakat setempat.
“Saat ini pencarian terus dilakukan baik dari Polri sendiri dengan kapal dan helikopter. Kita kemudian dibantu oleh Basarnas, TNI Angkatan Laut dan beberapa kapal masyarakat,” jelas Sigit.
Menurutnya, dalam peristiwa tersebut pihaknya telah menemukan pelampung, kursi yang diduga bagian dari helikopter. Serta satu korban jenazah dari salah satu kru personel kepolisian.
Dia menyebut, dengan adanya proses pencarian dan evakuasi maksimal yang dilakukan dan pihaknya segera bisa menemukan para kru personel kepolisian serta helikopter.
“Harapan kita, seluruh anggota yang saat ini belum ditemukan segera bisa kita temukan, termasuk juga helikopter bisa kita temukan,” tutur Sigit.
Jenderal Sigit meminta dukungan doa dari seluruh pihak agar proses pencarian dan evakuasi dari Helikopter P-1103 berjalan lancar.
Sigit juga memohon doa agar para kru segera ditemukan secepatnya.
“Mohon doanya mudah-mudahan segera bisa kita dapatkan dan mudah-mudahan juga masih ada kabar baik untuk anggota-anggota kita yang lainnya untuk ditemukan,” pungkasnya.[*]
