Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Nabire, Papua Tengah, telah membuka pendaftaran Bakal Calon Bupati (Cabup) dan Bakal Calon Wakil Bupati (Bacawabup) hingga 04 Mei mendatang pada periode 2024 – 2029. Jejaring ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah (Pemilukada ) November 2024 mendatang, yang dibuka sejal 02 April pecan Lalu.
“Kami buka peluang untuk Bacawabup dan bacawabup) Nabire sampai 04 Mei nanti,” kata Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Partai Demokrat Nabire , Roy Wonda, jumat (26/04/2024).
Dikatakan, DPC PD Nabire sudah jauh hari mempersiapkan pendaftaran, guna membahas langkah-langkah menuju pendaftaran. Hasil rapat tersebut disepakati seluruh pengurus cabang.
“Ini pertama kali PD buka pendaftaran untuk umum atau terbuka. Sebelumnya pada pemilu lalu tidak ada,” kata Wonda.
Lanjutnya, pendaftaran tersebut dibuka untuk umum. Peminat dipersilahkan datang ke Kantor DPC di Jalan Yan Mamoribo, Kelurahan Siriwini.
Dan hingga hari ini (26/04) tiga pendaftar sudah mengambil formulir. Mereka diantaranya, SI sebagai Cabup, OI sebagai Bacawabub dan KM sebagai bacawabub.
“Tugas kami membuka dan menerima pendaftar dan partai memiliki kriteria. Jadi dari hasil jejaringini akan kami akan melanjutkan pendaftar dan berkasnya ke DPD dan DPP, selanjutnya wewenang mereka,” pungkasnya.[*]
