Dogiyai, Bumiofinavandu –  Yayasan Bengkel Kerja Papua (YBKP), menggelar pelatihan komputer gratis bagi warga di Kabupaten Dogiyai, Papua Tengah. Pelatihan tersebut berlangsung di aula Gereja GKI Koinonia Moanemani, Selasa (16/04/2024) yang dibuka Pendeta Rona N. Soumokil.

Pelatihan berlangsung selama dua minggu, sejak 16 hingga 28 April 2024.

Ketua Jemaat  GKI Koinonia Moanemani ini, mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kapolres Dogiyai Kompol Sarraju, melalui satuan Binmas dan Polsek Kamuu. Karena berupaya bekerja sama dengan Yayasannya menghadirkan tim independen dari Yayasan Bengkel Papua di Moanemani.

Ia juga berterima kasih kepada ketua tim dan anggota Yayasan bengkel Papua  yang mana dengan  sukarela datang ke Dogiyai untuk memberikan pelatihan komputer gratis kepada  masyarakat yang ada di Moanemani.

“Terima kasih kepada Polres Dogiyai dan jajaranya dalam dukungan kepada Yayasan kami,” ucapnya.

Ketua tim Independen Yayasan bengkel Papua, Reinhart Ramandey menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan secara, independen tanpa kerjasama atau dukungan dari pemerintah. Menurutnya, yayasan tersebut berbadan hukum dan didirikan oleh anak asli Papua.

“Yayasan kamu sudah banyak melakukan kegiatan – kegiatan pelatihan secara gratis di berbagai wilayah di Papua,” jelasnya.

Menurutnya, dan tujuan pelatihan komputer gratis tersebut agar mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses komputer. Terutama bagi anak sekolah/pelajar, ASN  TNI Polri yang ada di Kabupaten Dogiyai.

“Kami ikut berperan aktif bersama pemerintah Papua dalam memajukan SDM terutama Masyarakat OAP di tanah Papua sesuai dengan visi dan misi Yayasan,” tuturnya.

Kapolres Dogiyai melalui Kapolsek Kamuu Iptu Hans N. Raubaba, mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Yayasan Bengkel Papua dan pimpinan Jemaat gereja GKI Koinonia, yang telah bekerja sama dan turut serta sehingga pelatihan komputer gratis ini dapat terlaksana.

Ia juga menyinggung situasi kamtibmas di Dogiyai bahwa secara umum tidak berbeda jauh dengan daerah daerah karena masih dalam keadaan kondusif. Dan Polres Dogiyai sangat peduli  terhadap pendidikan bagi masyarakat tetutama pengetahuan  dan penggunaan teknologi Komputer di masa depan.

“Kami melakukan kerja sama karena melihat visi dan misi yayasan yang sangat bagus dan dapat membantu masyarakat umum. Terlebih khusus bagi OAP di daerah terpencil seperti di Moanemani, apalagi Yayasan tersebut didirikan oleh anak Papua.pungkasnya.[*]
