Kigamani, Bumiofinavandu –   Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Dogiyai melaksanakan Apel Gelar Pasukan Operasi Lilin 2023. Apel tersebut berlangsung di lapangan apel Polres setempat pada Kamis (21/12/2023) kemarin.

Apel gelar pasukan dipimpin oleh Wakapolres Dogiyai AKP Aksan Husain. Dalam amanatnya, Wakapolres membacakan amanat dari Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

“”Pengamanan Nataru merupakan tugas  rutin yang harus kita pastikan berjalan dengan aman, nyaman dan lancar, sebagaimana penekanan Bapak Presiden Joko Widodo, bahwa Natal dan Tahun Baru ini rutinitas. Tetapi harus tetap direncanakan, dipersiapkan, utamanya yang berkaitan dengan transportasi, pasokan dan distribusi bahan pokok,” jelasnya, Kamis (21/12/2023).

Hal tersebut penting lanjut Kapolres, karena momentum Nataru telah menjadi bagian tradisi masyarakat Indonesia yang berimplikasi terhadap meningkatnya mobilitas masyarakat. Berdasar survei Kemenhub RI, potensi pergerakan masyarakat pada Natal 2023 dan Tahun Baru 2024 diperkirakan mencapai 107, 63 juta orang, meninggal 143,65 % atau 63,46 juta orang dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.

“Selain itu, perayaan Nataru tahun ini, juga bertepatan dengan masa kampanye Pemilu 2024, sehingga memiliki potensi kerawanan yang lebih tinggi,” paparnya.

Oleh sebab itu ujar Kapolres, dalam rangka pengamanan Nataru, Polri didukung TNI, K/L, Pemda, Mitra Kamtibmas dan stakeholder terkait menggelar operasi terpusat dengan sandi “Operasi Lilin 2023” selama 12 hari. Dimulai sejak tanggal 22 Desember 2023 sampai dengan 2 Januari 2024. Operasi ini melibatkan 129.923 personel.

“Pada Nataru tahun ini, Polri dan stakeholder terkait telah memetakan permasalahan kamseltibcar lantas dan Kamtibmas yang harus diwaspadai. Polri bersama stakeholder terkait, telah menerbitkan SKB, yang memuat tentang pembatasan operasional, angkutan barang, penerapan rekayasa lalu-lintas, pengendalian arus lalin, dan sebagainya,” ujarnya.

Untuk menjamin pelaksanaan ibadah Natal berlangsung dengan aman dan khidmat, pastikan setiap lokasi ibadah sudah disterilisasi dan melibatkan ormas-ormas keagamaan dalam kegiatan pengamanan. Sebagai wujud toleransi beragama, serta pastikan kehadiran negara pada setiap kegiatan ibadah masyarakat.

“Ancaman terorisme juga menjadi tantangan yang serius. Untuk itu, kedepankan deteksi dini dan preventive strike untuk mencegah pelaku teror melancarkan aksinya, serta lakukan penjagaan ketat pada pusat keramaian maupun tempat ibadah, agar kita dapat memastikan tidak ada letupan sekecil apapun dalam pelaksanaan ibadah Natal ataupun malam pergantian tahun,” ujarnya menambahkan.

Dalam rangka mendukung kelancaran tugas pengamanan Operasi Lilin 2023, optimalkan fungsi command center yang dilengkapi berbagai fitur modern yang terintegrasi dengan CCTV di lapangan. Agar pengawasan dan pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat, serta seluruh personil di lapangan dapat bekerja secara terpadu.

“Lakukan penguatan strategi komunikasi publik melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi publik melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi yang ada. Sosialisasikan setiap kebijakan rekayasa lalin maupun perubahan arus secara masif dan pastikan setiap informasi tersampaikan dengan baik, agar masyarakat betul-betul terbantu dengan informasi yang diberikan dan mendukung kelancaran operasi,” imbaunya.
