Polres Dogiyai sosialisasi Netralitas anggota Polri dalam pemilu, Kamis (14/12/2023). – Bumiofinavandu/Humas Res Dogiyai.

Dogiyai, Bumiofinavandu –   Polres Dogiyai sosialisasi tentang netralitas anggota Polri dalam Pemilu 2024. Sosialisasi berlangsung di di ruang Bhayangkari, Kamis (14/12/2023).

Sosialisasi disampaikan oleh Kasi propam Polres Dogiyai Iptu Lukman Hadi Saputro, yang menyampaikan tentang Norma hukum netralitas Anggota Polri dalam pemilu tahun 2024.

Iptu Lukman, menjelaskan tentang aturan – aturan yang mengikat anggota Polri. Sebagaimana dalam UU No 2 tahun 2002 tentang Polri dan UU No 7 tahun 20217 tentang pemilu.

Sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi pengingat bagi semua peserta untuk menjaga netralitas demi kelancaran, kenyamanan dan kedamaian saat Pemilu 2024.

Sehingga bertujuan bertujuan untuk menghindari benturan wewenang antar instansi pada saat pelaksanaan nanti. ASN dan TNI Polri sebagai pilar utama diharapkan dapat menjaga kestabilan, kedamaian, dan kemajuan negara.

“Yang lebih penting saat ini bagi kita dan keluarga, menjelang pemilu 2024. Tidak boleh memakai simbol – simbol  apabila sedang berfoto, ataupun saat membuat video yang  cenderung diasumsikan oleh orang lain kita berpihak kepada salah satu pasang calon yang ikut kontestan dalam.pemilu 2024,” ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, Kaur Bin Ops Satreskrim Ipda M. Zaid, menjelaskan tentang penanganan pelanggaran netralitas Anggota/ASN dalam pemilu 2024.

Katanya, tahapan penanganan terhadap pelanggaran netralitas anggota Polri atau ASN, jenis – jenis pelanggaran kode etik, jenis jenis pelanggaran disiplin netralitas. Kemudian siapa yang berwenang memeriksa dan menentukan jenis hukuman serta pertimbangan pertimbangan lainnya.

“Ini memberikan pemahaman dan masukan kepada anggota dalam pelaksanaan tugas menghadapi pemilu 2024,” pungkasnya.

Dalam sosialisasi dihadiri oleh Kapolsek Kamu Ipda Hans, N. Raubaba, bersama Wakapolsek Kamuu Ipda Agus Rirey dan beberapa perwakilan bagian dan satuan serta seksi di lingkungan Polres Dogiyai.[*]
