AKP Aksan Husain, mengatakan bahwa program penanaman sejuta pohon merupakan program sinergitas Polri dengan Menko PMK yang dilaksanakan serentak di 34 wilayah Polda beserta jajarannya.
“Untuk Polres Dogiyai ini adalah kelanjutan dari program polri dalam melaksanakan penghijauan sejak dini,” katanya menjelaskan.
Penanaman serentak sejuta pohon tersebut dihadiri oleh para PJU Polres Dogiyai, para Kapolsek beserta anggota serta perwakilan TNI yang ada di Distrik Mapia. Baik Satgas maupun yang organic yang turut menanam pohon.\
Sementara jenis bibit pohon yang ditanam Pada hari ini sebanyak 200 pohon terdiri dari, bibit pohon kopi sebanyak 100, bibit Alpukat 50 dan bibit Mato sebanyak 50 batang.[*]
