KNPB, FRI dan AMPTPT Wilayah Minahasa Raya tolak tolak Operasi Migas Blok Warim, Selasa (14/11/2029). – Bumiofinavandu/IST.

Manado, Bumiofinavandu –  KNPB Konsulat Indonesia Wilayah Minahasa Raya bersama Front Rakyat Indonesia For West Papua (FRI) serta AMPTPI Sulut, menolak tegas Operasi Migas Blok Warim di Timika, Papua Tengah. Selanjutnya, mereka meminta Negara memberikan Referendum bagi bangsa Papua Barat.

Hal tersebut disampaikan dalam diskusi konsolidasi menuju 62 Tahun Kemerdekaan Papua pada Selasa (14/11/2023), di asrama mahasiswa Kamasan Papua di Tondano dalam menyikapi situasi terakhir di Papua terlebih di wilayah Mimika.

Melalui rilis yang diterima Bumiofinavandu, dalam diskusi tersebut, disampaikan bahwa Papua identik dengan Surga kecil yang jatuh ke bumi dan memberikan harapan hidup bagi siapa saja yang hidup di Papua. Dalam kurun waktu yang singkat kini berubah bagaikan Neraka yang jatuh ke bumi. Aroma kematian tercium setiap waktu dan terus menghantui rakyat kecil di Provinsi Papua dan Papua barat.

Hal tersebut dapat dapat didengar, lihat, dan rasakan akhir-akhir ini, disaat harapan hidup orang Papua dikebiri dan dirampas habis- habisan oleh penguasa.

Papua selalu penuh dengan kekerasan yang tak pernah redah. Kaum elit politik mendominasi dan mengakibatkan penyimpangan sosial- ekonomi. Nilai demokrasi di Tanah Papua terus dibungkam oleh alat negara baik itu TNI/POLRI, maupun pejabat Negara dari Pusat sampai ke daerah dengan kekuasaannya.

Bahkan aturan dan Hukum di negara indonesia dilacurkan oleh kaum kapitalisme dan neoliberalisme yang sedang mementaskan kemenangan kaum elite, penguasa dan pengusaha yang kuasai uang dan tahta dan mendatangkan kemiskinan akut terhadap rakyat kecil . Dalil kesejahteraan melalui kue pembangunan justru menyebabkan dislokasi sosial.

Enam puluh tahun sejak negara Indonesia aneksasi Papua , NKRI tidak membawa dampak positif bagi rakyat papua lebih khusus orang Asli Papua sebab politik birokrasi telah memaksa semua identitas, semangat dan nilai budaya masyarakat papua hidup dalam irama regulasi negara sehingga rakyat papua terus mengalami intimidasi, marginalisasi sampai pada slow Motion Genocide.

Salah satu peserta diskusi, Rico mewakili FR – WP dalam orasinya bahwa menyampaikan bahwa nampaknya di Papua dari dulu hingga sekarang kelihatannya konsep pembangunannya justru mati.

“Seperti  konsep yang dipakai adalah konsep Ali Murtopo, yang menyebut bahwa “Kita merebut Papua bukan mas-mas Papua tapi karena emas-emas Papua. Pantaslah bahwa semua kebijakan pusat mengarah pada kepentingan penguasa,” ungkap Rico.

Dia mengungkapkan, hal tersebut sangat terlihat dengan adanya beberapa paket undang-undang direvisi lebih mementingkan para pemodal dan membuka ruang investor asing, untuk dapat menanam saham dalam negeri maka sangat berbahaya akan terancam hutan yang dijadikan warga papua sebagai sumber kehidupan.

Hal ini pun mendukung pernyataan oleh Ketua AMPTPI Elmau Mosip. Mosip menyatakan akan berbahaya lagi ketika akan membuka tambang migas ini.

Pengalaman membuktikan bahwa Banyak korban dari PT Freeport Indonesia. Jadi kehadiran perusahaan sebagai akar konflik dan peningkatan pelanggaran HAM di Papua. Walaupun luhut panjaitan membeberkan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia menemukan potensi ‘harta karun’ berupa minyak bumi bisa mencapai 27 miliar barel di Papua.

“Ini  hal itu akan sulit bagi kami. Sehingga dengan  melihat semua dinamika yang sedang terjadi saat ini,”

Berikut pernyataan sikap dari KNPB Konsulat Minahasa Raya dan FRI-WP dan AMPTPI, yakni;

1. Menolak operasi tambang MIGAS di Timika

2. Hentikan Perpanjangan kontrak PT.FREEPORT Indonesia;

3. Menolak Operasi Blok Wabu Intan jaya;

4. Menolak rencana smelter di Fak-fak

5. Bebaskan Hariz dan Fathia;

6. Berikan Hak Penentuan Nasib Sendiri Bagi Bangsa Papua Barat;

7. Hentikan Pembahasan DOB di Papua;

8. Hentikan Pilkada di Papua 2024 dan

9. Negara Segera selesaikan Pelanggaran HAM di Papua.[*]
