Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Penjabat Gubernur Provinsi Papua Tengah, Doktor Ribka Haluk, membuka Pesta Paduan Suara Gerejani (Pesparani) Katolik pertama tingkat Provinsi Papua Tengah di aula Gereja Katolik Kristus Sahabat Kita Bukit Meriam Nabire, Rabu, (11/10/2023). Ia menyampaikan kepada seluruh peserta selamat memuji Tuhan dengan suara-suara merdu.
“Selamat datang kepada seluruh peserta Pesparani dari 8 kabupaten dan selamat memuji Tuhan dengan nyanyian suara merdu para peserta dan kegiatan seminar dengan harapan Papua Tengah terpelihara dengan baik berlandaskan nama Tuhan,” ungkapnya.
Ribka Haluk menyampaikan, Pesparani tingkat nasional akan dilaksanakan di Jakarta akhir Oktober, sehingga diharapkan kepada panitia dan peserta perwakilan kabupaten untuk mempersiapkan dan mengikuti lomba-lomba dengan baik dan maksimal.
“Saya harap kepada panitia agar mempersiapkan dengan baik dan maksimal, untuk seluruh kategori lomba Pesparani di tingkat nasional pada tanggal 28 Oktober 2023 di Jakarta. Harapan saya Papua Tengah bisa menjadi juara umum atau juara satu untuk Pesparani ketiga di tingkat nasional,” tegasnya.
Ribka Haluk berujar, selama dipercaya oleh negara untuk memimpin Papua Tengah, ia akan mendukung seluruh kegiatan keagamaan yang ada di daerah ini.
“Hari ini saya memberikan dukungan Rp 2 miliar kepada LP3K yang melaksanakan kegiatan Perparani, ini adalah bukti serius kami pemerintah untuk memberikan dukungan kepada kegiatan keagamaan,” lugasnya.
Sementara itu, Ausilius You, Ketua Panitia Pesparani I Provinsi Papua Tengah mengungkapkan, Pesparani dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keimanan dan ketaqwaan umat Katolik lewat seni suara. Dalam momen pesta Pesparani ini juga akan menjaring peserta yang akan mewakili Papua Tengah ke tingkat Nasional.
“Sebanyak 13 kategori lomba diikuti oleh peserta dari Kabupaten Nabire, 4 lomba diikuti Kabupaten Mimika, 11 lomba diikuti Kabupaten Dogiyai, 10 kategori lomba di ikuti Kabupaten Deiyai dan 1 lomba diikuti Kabupaten Puncak,” jelasnya.
Ia berharap, Seluruh Panitia, peserta dan seluruh umat katolik agar bekerja sama menyukseskan kegiatan Pesparani I di Provinsi Papua Tengah. “Saya harap kita semangat, serius dan konsentrasi untuk mendapat hasil yang maksimal dan baik dalam pesta paduan suara ini,” harap You.
Di tempat yang sama, Ketua umum Lembaga Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Pesparani Katolik (LP3K) FX Mote menambahkan, pelaksanaan Pesparani nasional ke III di DKI Jakarta akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28-2 November 2023.
