Damiana Tekege; ASN dilarang terlibat Pilkada 2024, Senin (25/09/2023). – Bumiofinavandu/Martinus Dumupa.

Dogiyai, Bumiofinavandu –  Sekretaris Daerah atau Sekda Dogiyai –  Provinsi Papua Tengah, Damiana Tekege menegaskan, agar ASN di wilayah tersebut tidak terlibat politik praktis dan tidak dibolehkan terlibat pada Pemilu dan Pilkada 2024 mendatang.

“Para ASN saya ingatkan, bahwa dilarang terlibat Pilkada 2024,” tegas Tekege saat memimpin apel di halaman Kantor Bupati Dogiyai, Senin (25/09/2023) pagi.

Bukan hanya ASN, para tenaga honorer juga diingatkan hal serupa. Agar seluruh ASN dan tenaga honorer untuk lebih mawas diri saat memasuki tahun politik. Maka setiap ASN dihimbau agar bersikap netral, tanpa menghilangkan hak suaranya, namun tidak berkecimpung di dalam kegiatan politik.

“Karena aturan dan sanksinya sangat jelas,” ungkapnya.

Dikatakan, pegawai negeri agar menghindari kesalahan-kesalahan yang tidak perlu dilakukan, terutama dalam menggunakan media sosial. Sebab hal itu akan merugikan diri sendiri.

“ASN, harus menggunakan media sosial dengan baik. Dan saya ingatkan ASN untuk tidak bergabung dengan partai politik,” katanya tegas.

Mantan Kepala Dinas BPMK ini juga mengingatkan agar pegawainya mengurangi dinas luar, jika mendesak dan tidak terlalu penting. Jika bepergian (dinas luar) dalam waktu lama, maka semestinya melaporkan kepada pimpinan. Setidaknya untuk diketahui dan posisinya digantikan dengan pegawai lain (yang selalu ditempat).

“Kalau keluar daerah lama, mestinya dilaporkan ke pimpinan, sehingga pegawai yang ada difungsikan,” terangnya.

Lanjut Tekege, untuk pembayaran kinerja kedepan akan dilaksanakan dilakukan di tempat (Kabupaten dogiyai). sehingga OPD yang belum memiliki Kantor agar segera mencarikan untuk tempat kerjanya. Sehingga pelayanan publik dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan penuh disiplin.

“OPD yang belum ada kantor, mulai sekarang segera cari lalu kerja dan mengabdi situ (kerja di sana),” lanjut Tekege.

Apel pagi di lingkungan Pemkab Dogiyai, pada Senin (25/09/2023), bersama ini dihadiri oleh sejumlah pejabat. Baik eselon II, III, IV dan pejabat fungsional bahkan para seluruh Tenaga Honorer. Bertindak sebagai komandan apel adalah, Kristian Arruanpotu.[*]
