Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Staf Ahli Bidang Kemasyarakatan, SDM dan Pengembangan Otsus, Ukkas, mewakili Penjabat Gubernur Papua Tengah membuka Rapat Kerja Pertama, Lembaga Pengembangan dan Pengembangan PESPARANI Katolik (LP3K), Provinsi Papua Tengah, Jumat (22/09/2023) kemarin.
Ukkas mengungkapkan, kehadiran LP3K di Papua Tengah yang bersamaan dengan kehadiran provinsi merupakan langkah maju. Sebab salah satu program utama pemerintah adalah pembangunan mental. Sehingga dengan organisasi keagamaan, diharapkan membantu program pemerintah.
“Sesuai visi misi Presiden Jokowi adalah revolusi mental. Maka lembaga keagamaan sangat membantu percepatan mental dan spiritual,” ungkapnya.
Raker yang diselenggarakan di Hotel Jepara Indah II ini, berlangsung selama tiga hari sejak 22-24 September, yang diikuti Kakanwil Agama Papua, perwakilan LP3K dan Kantor Agama se-delapan Kabupaten di Provinsi ini.
Staf ahli Ukkas mengatakan pesan Pj Gubernur Papua Tengah, bahwa dalam rangka persiapan Pesparani yang baru diikuti pertama kali oleh Provinsi ini. Maka sangat diharapkan agar Rakerda Pertama ini benar-benar dimanfaatkan untuk membahas program prioritas Pesparani I Papua Tengah dan Pesparani Nasional III yang akan dilaksanakan nantinya.
Misalnya, lomba-lomba yang akan diikuti harus dipilih kategori prioritas yang bisa mendapatkan juara.
“Namun sebenarnya juara itu nomor 10. Tapi bagaimana agar dengan mengikuti lomba tersebut, timbul pemahaman dalam kehidupan beragama di tengah-tengah masyarakat,” katanya.
Terkait pembiayaan menurut Ukkas, Pemprov Papua Tengah sudah membahas hal tersebut. Sebab organisasi seperti ini perlu dibantu oleh Pemerintah Daerah.
“Semoga segera direalisasikan,” tuturnya.
Selanjutnya, Ukkas berhadap agar Raker pertama tersebut dapat menghasilkan keputusan dan rekomendasi yang dilaksanakan secara bersama-sama.
“Semoga acara ini dapat diikuti dengan baik oleh peserta dalam pembahasan program-program agenda rapat kerja. Terutama persiapan Perparani tingkat Provinsi dan Nasional,” harapnya.[*]
