Dogiyai, Bumiofinavandu – Kabag Psikologi Biro SDM Polda Papua, Kompol Dorthea Ansanai, bersama timnya memberikan konseling kepada personil Polres Dogiyai. Konseling tersebut berlangsung di Koridor Mako Polres Dogiyai, Kamis (21/09/2023) kemarin.
Kedatangan tim Psikologi Biro SDM Polda Papua Kompol Dorthea ke Polres Dogiyai terkait banyaknya fenomena anggota Polri yang menyimpang atau terganggu kejiwaannya dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas yang semakin kompleks.
Iptu Rini Daian Pratiwi, psikolog konselor pratama dari SSDM Polri yang saat ini di BKO kan di Biro SDM Polda Papua menyatakan bahwa kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rencana kerja Bagian Psikologi Biro SDM Polda. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kondisi psikologis anggota yang bertugas di Dogiyai, termasuk sarana konseling.
Sehingga diharapkan kepada seluruh anggota, untuk bisa jujur mengungkapkan apa yang menjadi ganjalan dalam hati. Agar tidak menjadi suatu permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehari-hari.
“Disamping itu, pelaksanaan tes psikologi ini juga merupakan salah satu persyaratan bagi personil untuk menggunakan senjata api,” ungkap Iptu Rini.
Di akhir arahannya kabag Psiko Kompol Dorthea lanjut Dorthea, pelaksanaan tes psiko sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memegang senpi yang dilaksanakan saat ini bukan sebagai syarat mutlak untuk memegang senpi. Apabila dinyatakan memenuhi syarat akan tetapi semua menjadi kewenangan satker masing-masing.[*]
