Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Pemerintah Kabupaten Nabire, menggelar pelatihan dasar-dasar komputer dan internet bagi tenaga pendamping Kampung. Pelatihan diikuti oleh peserta dari wilayah terisolir seperti Distrik yakni Distrik Dipa, Menou, Uwapa dan Siriwo.
Pelatihan tersebut diikuti oleh satu kader dari masing-masing Kampung dari empat Distrik, yang berlangsung selama dua hari sejak Kamis 14 sampai Jumat 15 September 2023 di aula Setda Kabupaten Nabire Papua Tengah.
“Ini kami berikan latihan dasar-dasar komputer dan internet, khusus kepada peserta dari beberapa wilayah yang terisolir dari Kabupaten Nabire,” kata Plt. Kepala Dinas Kominfo Nabire, Yermias Degei di Kantornya, Jumat (15/09/2023).
Pelatihan tersebut dijelaskan Degei, pelatihan diberikan kepada bakal kader Kampung, mengingat kurangnya kader atau tenaga administrasi di wilayah terisolir jika dibandingkan dengan di wilayah perkotaan.
Sebab berdasarkan pengalaman, beberapa Kepala Kampung kewalahan dalam membuat laporan. Imbasnya, mereka (Kepala Kampung/Kakam) mau tidak mau harus mengontrak tenaga computer. Padahal dalam APBDK Kampung tidak ada biaya untuk membiayai pendamping atau tenaga administrasi. Sementara terkait dengan APBDK, ada program lain yang namanya SIO Papua (SIO Papua) karena ada anggaran untuk kader Kampung. Sehingga perlu dorong agar ada SK Bupati di 74 Kampung, tujuanya untuk bagaimana ada kader di setiap Kampung.
Hal tersebut juga bagian dari mengurangi pengangguran, memberikan kepedulian terhadap Kampungnya dan sebagainya.
“Jadi pelatihan yang kami lakukan ini, sebetulnya dalam rangka mempersiapkan Kader Kampung agar mengikuti SIO Papua pekan depan. Ini nantinya, kader akan diberikan bekal untuk mendata warga di Kampung terkait berbagai aspek, misalnya SDM, Pendidikan dan sebagainya. Dan benar-benar mereka adalah kader dari kampungnya yang minimal sudah menamatkan SMA,” jelas mantan Kabag Humas ini.
Menurutnya, program pelatihan tersebut akan difokuskan gabi daerah terisolir, dan sudah pernah dilakukan Kominfo Nabire sebelumnya. Apalagi banyak daerah di pinggiran yang sangat membutuhkan pelayanan administrasi terutama komputer dan internet.
Sehingga, peserta yang direkrut adalah mereka yang benar-benar berasal dari Kampung. Sebab jika di kota, banyak orang sudah mengenal komputer dan internet, jika dibandingkan dengan wilayah terisolir.
“Yang kami latih hal-hal dasar Komputer agar dasarnya mereka miliki. Kalau dulu, mungkin orang yang menguasai informasi dia yang akan mengendalikan segala sesuatu. Tapi hari ini, siapa yang menguasai internet atau teknologi akan menguasai banyak hal. Jadi pelatihan ini selain pengetahuan internet ada juga dasar-dasar komputer, untuk membantu perencanaan Kampung, laporan kegiatan Kampung termasuk pengisian SIO Papua,” tutur Degei.
Degei berharap, agar para peserta benar-benar mengikuti pelatihan tersebut dengan baik. Sehingga sekembalinya dari pelatihan, dapat menerapkan dan membantu pelaksanaan administrasi di Kampungnya.
Dan untuk kepala Kampung, agar mengesahkan anggaran bagi kader Kampung melalui dana Desa.
“”Dan terakhir, kami harap agar Bupati segera mengeluarkan SK untuk kepentingan kader Kampung. Sehingga kalau Kepala Kampung diganti, silahkan tetapi mereka (Kader) kampong tetap bekerja,” harap Yermias.[*]
