Kegiatan yang dihadiri Kapolres Nabire AKBP I Ketut Suarnaya, S.I.K., S.H, Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Nabire Ny. Putri Ketut Suarnaya, PJU Polres Nabire, Polisi Wanita Polres Nabire serta seluruh ibu Bhayangkari Cabang Nabire dan Jajarannya.
Kegiatan diawali olahraga bersama (senam bersama) di halaman Wicaksana Laghawa Polres Nabire dan dilanjutkan lomba UMKM, Yel-yel dan menyanyi.
Perlombaan yang dilakukan tersebut, diawali dengan penilaian UMKM yang diikuti oleh seluruh Ranting Bhayangkari Nabire dan Polwan Polres Nabire. Kemudian dilanjutkan yel-yel dan menyanyi se-Ranting Cabang Nabire.
Kapolres Nabire AKBP Ketut mengatakan kegiatan ini digelar dalam rangka memeriahkan Hari Ulang Tahun Polwan Ke-75 dan HKGB Ke-71.
Selain itu, kegiatan ini sebagai sarana untuk semakin mempererat dan memperkokoh jalinan silaturahmi, “Dengan adanya rasa kebersamaan dan keakraban ini, tentunya akan menciptakan suasana yang harmonis,” ujar Kapolres.
“Semoga dengan diadakannya kegiatan olah raga bersama serta berbagai perlombaan, sehingga lebih mempererat hubungan antar personil Polwan dan Ibu-ibu Bhayangkari serta dapat memberikan motivasi dalam meningkatkan semangat untuk bekerja kedepannya,” tambah Kapolres.
Diakhir kegiatan dilaksanakan acara pembagian hadiah untuk para pemenang perlombaan yang diserahkan Kapolres Nabire dan Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Nabire..[*]
