Kapolri kirim bantuan beras dan Sembako ke Kabupaten Puncak

Jakarta, Bumiofinavandu –  Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo menyalurkan 264,7 ton beras dan 1.500 paket sembako ke Kabupaten Puncak, Provinsi Papua Tengah. Pengiriman bantuan tersebut untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat di dua Distrik di Kabupaten itu yang terdampak bencana kekeringan serta kelaparan.

Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Sandi Nugroho mengatakan, bantuan tersebut sudah dikirim dan telah ke tujuan, selanjutnya akan diserahkan diserahkan ke masyarakat yang terdampak.

“Bantuan sudah sampai dan segera disalurkan, jumlahnya sebanyak 264,7 ton beras,” kata Irjen Sandi di  Jakarta, Kamis, (10/08/2023).

Irjen Sandi menyebut, selain beras Kapolri Jenderal Sigit juga mengirimkan 1.500 paket sembako, berisikan, beras 5 Kg, mie instan, susu kental manis, ikan sarden, dan kecap manis.

“Termasuk bantuan lain seperti jaket dewasa sebanyak 1.000 pieces dan jaket anak 150 buah,” sebut sang Irjen.

Menurut Irjen Sandi, Polri akan terus bersinergis dengan masyarakat dan seluruh pihak, guna menyalurkan bantuan kemanusiaan kepada warga yang membutuhkan.

“Polri bekerja sama dengan TNI, BNPB dan Pemda Kabupaten Puncak untuk mendistribusikan bantuan kemanusiaan tersebut,” ujar Sandi.

Sandi menjelaskan, bantuan itu akan dibawa dengan menggunakan pesawat terbang dari Timika menuju lokasi bencana di Agandugume sekitar 40 menit dan ke Sinak sekira satu jam.

“Bantuan yang sampai di Agandugume kemudian didistribusikan menuju jalur darat atau jalan kaki ke Lambewi dan Oneri dengan estimasi selama setengah hari,” pungkas Irjen Sandinya.[*]
