Laka di KM 58,5 Jalan Poros Nabire – Paniai, Sabtu (29/07/2023). – Bumiofinavandu/Dok Istimewa.

Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Sebanyak enam orang mengalami luka dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kilometer 58,3, jalan poros Nabire – Papua pada Sabtu (29/07/2023) siang. Saat ini, keenam orang tersebut sedang menjalani perawatan di RSUD Nabire.

Enam penumpang tersebut dikabarkan menumpang sebuah mobil Hilux dari Nabire menuju Dogiyai. Mobil naas itu dikabarkan tidak memiliki TNKB atau Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor.

“Benar, telah terjadi laka lantas yang terjadi di Km 58. Mobil hilux tanpa TNKB,” ujat Kasie Humas Polres Nabire, Ipda Yaudi.

Sementara itu, Kapolres Nabire AKBP Ketut mengatakan bahwa pengemudi mobil hilux berinisial A.

“Mobil hilux tanpa TNKB tersebut akibat laka tunggal. 13 penumpang yang berada di mobil. 6 penumpang mengalami luka-luka. Masih dalam perawatan di RSUD Nabire,” tambah Kapolres.

Langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh Kepolisian Polres Nabire, mendatangi TKP,  saat di TKP korban telah dievakuasi ke RSUD Nabire, dan mobil ditemukan sudah dalam kondisi terbakar.

“Saat ini masih kasus laka tunggal ditangani oleh Satuan Lalu Lintas melalui Unit Laka Lantas,” pungkas Kapolres.[*]
