Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Kelompok Khusus (Poksus) DPR Papua, mengusulkan skema yang simple “Jual Beli – Jual/Olah kepada Dinas Rumpun Ekonomi. Hal tersebut disampaikan Poksus DPR Papua saat rapat paripurna DPRP dalam rangka penyampaian pandangan umum fraksi – Fraksi dan Kelompok Khusus terhadap Raperdasi Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2022 kembali digelar pada Kamis, (27/07/2023) kemarin.
Rapat paripurna tersebut dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua II DPRP Edoardus Kaize, didampingi Ketua Wakil Ketua I DPRP Yunus Wonda, dihadiri Plh. Gubernur Papua Ridwan Rumasukun dan Sekretaris DPRP Juliana Waromi.
Dalam Penyampaian Pandangan Umum Kelompok Khusus (Poksus) DPRP yang dibacakan oleh Ketua Poksus DPRP John NR Gobai. Pada program pengawasan ketenagakerjaan belum terlihat mekanisme penyelesaian masalah antara buruh atau tenaga kerja dengan perusahaan.
“Sebagaimana terjadi di PT. Tandan Sawita Papua serta PT. Freeport Indonesia. Namun program pelatihan tetap dilaksanakan, sementara program Perindag dan UKM perlu kami apresiasi adanya bantuan peralatan pada beberapa home industry, namun kami menyoroti lemahnya pemasaran hasil dari home industry, hal yang sama juga adalah dalam hal perdagangan belum menunjukan hal hal yang nyata dan membumi bagi masyarakat,” kata Gobai.
Skema yang simple adalah JUAL BELI-JUAL/OLAH, untuk itu diperlukan adanya Gerai atau Pembukaan Papua Trade Center sebagai Pasar Transaksi bukan sekedar Gedung Pasar. Tetapi yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah melalui Koperasi atau BUMD.
Untuk itu, pihaknya meminta Pemerintah menjelaskan Status Pasar Mama Papua, bila proses tukar guling telah menggunakan APBD Provinsi maka Pemprov juga berhak mengelola Pasar tersebut sebagai Pasar Transaksi.
“Tentu harus berkoordinasi dengan kementerian BUMN dan Pemkot Jayapura. Hal ini merupakan Pelaksanaan dari Perdasi Papua No 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengembangan Pangan Lokal,” sambungnya lagi.

Pada tahun 2022 mendapat dana senilai Rp.79 Miliar serapannya adalah 87,62%. Perlu diapresiasi program programnya namun yang sangat penting adalah Pasca Panen, Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Hasil Pertanian, Selama masyarakat kita masih berjualan di jalan, masih membawa pulang hasil kebunnya ini pertanda mereka masih belum kita sejahterakan bersama.
