Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Pelaksana Harian Sekretaris Daerah (Plh Sekda) Provinsi Papua Tengah (PPT), Anwar Harun Damanik mengemukakan, Kerja Kesehatan Daerah (Rakerkesda I), adalah sebuah momentum untuk menentukan arah kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan di Provinsi Papua Tengah yang lebih baik.
Olehnya itu, ia meminta untuk kepada masing-masing Kabupaten memaparkan permasalahan kesehatan yang dihadapi agar seksama menyamakan persepsi dan merumuskan tujuan pelayanan kedepan yang lebih baik.
“Sebab kalau sampai salah merencanakan, berarti sama halnya dengan merencanakan kesalahan atau kegagalan,” ungkap Damanik saat membuka Rakerkesda I, di Aula Bethesda Nabire. Selasa (04/07/2023).
Menurutnya, Rakerkesda I yang dilaksanakan Dinkes Papua Tengah adalah legacy bagi Pemprov melalui Dinkes dalam membahas kondisi kesehatan di Provinsi ini.
Maka Rakerkesda tersebut merupakan lanjutan dari Musrembang yang dilakansanakan pada dua tiga pekan sebelumnya. Yang mana dalam amanat UU Otsus, terdapat empat pilar yakni Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Ekonomi dan Infrastruktur.
“Dan yang sedang dibahas ini adalah adalah kesehatan. Dan tema pembangunan tahun ini adalah pintar, sehat dan produktif sehingga ini akan selaras dengan apa yang kita laksanakan pada hari ini,” tutur Damanik.
Sehingga lanjut dia, pelaksanakan musrembangda masih ada hal-hal yang harus difinalisasi. Ada hal-hal yang masih harus diperbaiki, inilah waktunya untuk dari masing-masing Kabupaten (Delapan Kabupaten) untuk menyamakan persepsi dan menyelaraskan program baik dari pusat, Provinsi dan daerah.
“Jangan jalan laksanakan sendiri-sendiri percuma, harus ada yang kita keroyok sama-sama. Penduduk di Papua Tengah ini tidak banyak, sumber dayanya besar jadi kalau gagal dari sisi kesehatan, saya mau katakan kita semua yang ada dalam ruang ini bersalah di depan mata Tuhan,” pungkasnya.[*]
