Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Bupati Nabire, Papua Tengah, Mesak Magai membacakan amanat Kapolri ketima memimpin apel gelar Pasukan Operasi Ketupat Cartenz Tahun 2023. Apel digelar dalam rangka menyambut hari raya Idul Fitri 1444 H Tahun 2023, di halaman Polres Nabire, Senin, (17/04/2023) pagi.

Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo, bahwa apel gelar pasukan “Operasi Ketupat 2023” secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia, mulai dari tingkat Mabes Polri hingga satuan kewilayahan.

“Apel gelar pasukan merupakan bentuk pengecekan akhir kesiapan pelaksanaan Operasi Ketupat 2023. Kegiatan ini merupakan wujud nyata sinergisitas Polri dengan stakeholder terkait dalam rangka mengamankan mudik dan perayaan hari raya Idul Fitri 1444 H,” demikian bunya amanat Kapolri yang dibacakan Bupati Mesak.

Diketahui, kerja keras bersama pada pengamanan mudik lebaran tahun lalu mendapatkan apresiasi dari masyarakat. Berdasarkan Survei Indikator periode 5-10 Mei 2022, terdapat 73,8% masyarakat merasa puas atas kinerja pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan dan penanganan arus mudik tahun 2022.

Menurutnya, penilaian positif tersebut harus menjadi pemacu semangat, sehingga pengamanan mudik tahun 2023 mampu dilaksanakan lebih baik.

“Operasi ketupat Cartenz Tahun 2023 akan dilaksankan selama 14 (empat belas) hari sejak 18 April sampai 1 Mei 2023. Operasi ini telah diawali dengan KRYD tanggal 10 sampai 16 April 2023 dan akan dilanjutkan pasca operasi tanggal 2 s.d. 9 Mei 2023,” tuturnya.

Operasi Ketupat 2023 melibatkan 148.261 personel gabungan yang terdiri dari TNI-Polri, Kementerian terkait, BNPB, BMKG, Basarnas,Pertamina, Jasa Raharja, Jasa Marga, Satpol PP,Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Kesehatan, Pramuka dan Mitra Kamtibmas lainnya.

“Kita juga harus menjaga situasi kamtibmas melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti patroli pada jam-jam rawan untuk mengantisipasi tindak pidana. Khusus bagi rumah yang ditinggal mudik, imbau masyarakat agar melapor ke ketua RT/ RW maupun Bhabinkamtibmas setempat dan lakukan penguatan patroli, serta aktifkan siskamling dengan menerapkan one gate system,” imbuhnya.

Selain itu, hadirkan pula personel berseragam di tempat ibadah terutama pada pelaksanaan sholat Idul Fitri melibatkan personel TNI-Polri, Ormas serta Mitra Kamtibmas lainnya. Lebih lanjut di jelaskan berbagai langkah dalam Operasi Ketupat 2023 diharapkan mampu berjalan dengan baik, sehingga kita dapat memastikan kelancaran hari raya Idul Fitri 1444 H, serta mewujudkan mudik yang Aman dan Berkesan” begitu pula pada saat arus balik.

Oleh karena itu, terdapat beberapa penekanan untuk dipedomani dan dilaksanakan yaitu sebagai berikut;

Pertama, laksanakan tugas dengan sungguh-sungguh dan tanamkan dalam diri bahwa melakukan pengamanan dalam Operasi Ketupat 2023 adalah sebuah kehormatan, sekaligus ladang amal ibadah bagi kita semua.

Kedua, kedepankan langkah-langkah humanis, terapkan body system dan pedomani SOP, agar dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik dengan ”Presisi” sebagaimana harapan masyarakat.

Ketiga, pastikan ketersediaan perlengkapan pribadi, sarpras dan berbagai fasilitas penunjang lainnya pada setiap pos pengamanan, pos pelayanan,maupun pos terpadu, sehingga mampu mendukung pelaksanaan tugas secara optimal.

Keempat, berbagai langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pada pengamanan arus mudik juga harus diterapkan pada arus balik, sehingga kita mampu mengawal perjalanan mudik dari keberangkatan hingga kepulangan, agar masyarakat mendapatkan kegembiraan bertemu sanak saudara dan bisa kembali dengan selamat.

Kelima, pastikan informasi terkait kebijakan dan perkembangan situasi lalu lintas terkini tersampaikan dengan baik melalui iklan layanan masyarakat. Lakukan penguatan komunikasi publik, baik menggunakan media TV-Radio nasional maupun lokal, serta media streaming Polri TV-Radio melibatkan toga, tomas, influencer dan public figure.

Keenam, perkuat sinergisitas dan soliditas antara petugas pengamanan maupun stakeholder terkait, karena hal tersebut merupakan kunci keberhasilan Operasi Ketupat 2023.

“Saya juga mengucapkan, Selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa Ramadhan dan Selamat merayakan Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1444 H kepada seluruh umat Islam yang merayakan. Semoga di bulan yang penuh rahmat ini, kita mampu mendapatkan ampunan dan menyambut hari kemenangan dengan hati yang suci,” ucap Kapolri. Demikian amanat saya, semoga Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, senantiasa memberikan perlindungan, kekuatan, serta keselamatan kepada kita, dalam memberikan pengabdian terbaik kepada masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara.,” pungkasnya.

Siswanto, Komandan Batalyon RK 753/AVT yang diwakili Kapten Inf. Arazi Furkondaria, Danpos Laut Nabire Mayor Laut Dominikus Tedju, Waka Polres Nabire Kompol I Wayan Laba, SH, MH, Danki Kompi 3 Batalyon C Pelopor Nabire Iptu Alex Atihuta, SH, Danpos Paskas Letda Pas. Totok Wahyudi, Kasat Pol PP Nabire AKP Burhanuddin .P, dan Para PJU Polres Nabire.
