Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – PT. Kristalin Eka LESTARI (KEL), akhirnya buka suara tentang keabsahan  dan legalitas perusahaannya.

Hal tersebut disampaikan kuasa hukumnya, Edward Nababan menanggapi pemberitaan sebelumnya di beberapa media online.

Menurutnya, IUP PT. KEL merupakan izin usaha pertambangan yang bentuknya berupa keputusan Tata Usaha Negara (Beschiking) adalah sah menurut hukum.

Syarat-syarat beschiking telah terpenuhi apalagi IUP PT. KEL  pernah di Uji di Ombudsman RI, Pengadilan Negeri Nabire dan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara.

“Lembaga Negara dan Putusan Peradilan sudah menyatakan keabsahan dari IUP PT. KEL. maka kita harus menghormati produk hukumnya,” tutur Nababan.

Dia menilai, pemberitaan tentang IUP PT. KEL yang beredar  di media on tersebut adalah berita keliru dan tidak berdasar hukum.

Sehingga jika ada yang merasa ragu atas IUP PT. KEL, silahkan diuji melalui wadah yang disiapkan NEGARA yakni melalui pengadilan, daripada berwacana di media onlie.

Lanjut Dia, lebih bagus kita fokus membantu masyarakat dan perusahaan yang hendak berinvestasi di Nabire.

“Saya menghimbau semua stakeholder  (Pemerintah, Pengusaha, Tokoh Adat, ahli hukum) bersama-sama untuk menarik investor ke Nabire atau bahkan membantu masyarakat lain untuk mendapatkan Ijin Pertambangan Rakyat. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena akan sangat membantu Pemerintah Provinsi, Pemerintah Kabupaten dan mengurangi pengangguran.[*]
