Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Nabire, Papua Tengah, mengklaim telah melampaui batas pencetakan E-KTP yang ditentukan Direktorat Jenderal (Dirjen) Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Dirjen Capil Kemendagri).
Pasalnya, Dirjen Capil Kemendagri menargetkan pencetakan E-KTP sebanyak 5 ribu keping untuk satu bulan. Namun Disdukcapil Nabire dalam dua minggu belakangan, telah mencetak E-KTP lebih dari target yang ditentukan.
“Target Dirjen Capil tentukan cetak E-KTP satu bulan lima ribu keping. Tapi dua minggu ini kami melebihi target itu,” ujar Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Disdukcapil Nabire, Barnabas Watofa di ruang kerjanya, Senin (13/03/2023) kemarin.
Dalam dua pekan terakhir dijelaskan Watofa, pihaknya sudah mencetak sedikitnya 10 ribu keping E-KTP. Jumlah itu terdiri dari perubahan nama Provinsi Papua ke Papua Tengah.
Sementara blangko yang tersedia sebanyak 16 ribu keping dan kini tersisa 6 ribu keping.
“Jadi Pelayanan cetak KTP itu ada perubahan nama dari Provinsi lama ke baru dan ada juga warga yang baru mengurus KTPnya,” jelasnya.
Dia bilang, jumlah penduduk wajib KTP di Nabire kurang lebih mencapai 120 ribu jiwa. Maka kebutuhan blangko harus memenuhi jumlah tersebut.
Baik yang sudah memiliki KTP maupun yang belum. Maka Disdukcapil Nabire masih kekurangan 104 ribu keping blangko.
“Nantinya, dalam waktu dekan kami akan ajukan lagi permintaan blangko di Dirjen Capil,” terangnya.
Lanjutnya, saat ini kode wilayah Provinsi Papua Tengah berubah menjadi 9401 dari kode wilayah sebelumnya 9104 untuk Papua.
Maka perubahan KTP hanya dari nama Provinsi lama ke Provinsi baru. Sedangkan NIK tetap berlaku dan perubahannya pada anak yang baru lahir atau belum memiliki NIK sama sekali.
“Selain pelayanan E-KTP, kami juga layani KTP Digital,” pungkasnya.[*]
