Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Kasat Reskrim AKP Akhmad Alfian, melalui penyidiknya menyerahkan dua pria yang merupakan tersangka kasus pencurian dengan kekerasan (curas) kepada Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU). Penyerahan tersangka pada Rabu (08/03/2023) di kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Nabire, Jalan Merdeka, Papua Tengah.
AKP Alfian mengungkapkan, kedua pria tersebut yang berinisial YAM (23) dan AD (24) diproses hukum berdasarkan laporan polisi nomor : LP / B / 18 / I / 2023 / SPKT / Res Nabire / Polda Papua, tanggal 9 Januari 2023.
“Korban dari kedua oknum itu merupakan seorang pengemudi ojek. Dimana saat itu ia sementara membawa penumpang dari arah Pasar Karang hendak menuju ke Oyehe melalui jalan Jend. Sudirman,” ungkapnya.
kisah AKP Alfian, ketika korban melintas di depan kios panjang, secara tiba-tiba kedua tersangka langsung keluar dari dalam lorong untuk menghentikan laju kendaraan korban. Ia (korban) langsung mendapatkan pemukulan dan mengenai bagian kepala serta perut korban secara bersamaan sehingga korban bersama dengan penumpangnya langsung terjatuh.
“Saat itu juga, korban langsung lari menyelamatkan diri dan meninggalkan motornya sehingga tersangka langsung mengambil motor korban yang kebetulan pada saat itu masih dalam posisi menyala dan langsung membawa kabur motor korban,” kisah Kasat.
“Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan, akhirnya kedua tersangka beserta barang bukti dapat ditemukan dan dilakukan proses hukum terhadap kedua tersangka tersebut dan atas perbuatannya disangkakan Pasal 365 Ayat (2) Ke-1 dan Ke-2 KUHPidana atau Pasal 363 Ayat (1) Ke-4 KUHPidana,” sambungnya lagi.[*]
