Pelaku pemerasan dan mengancam pengemudi Ojek. – Bumiofinavandu/Humas Res Nabire.

Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Tim Khusus (timsus)Polres Nabire, Papua Tengah, yang dikoordinir oleh AKP Alfian, kembali berhasil amankan pelaku pemerasan yang meresahkan masyarakat di daerah ini.

Kejadiannya pada Kamis (22/01/2022) sekira  September 2022, pukul 11.00 Wit bertempat di jalan Gagak, Kelurahan Siriwini, Nabire. Dan berdasarkan laporan polisi nomor : LP / 111-K /IX/2022/Sekta Nabire,TGL 22 September 2022,” kata Ka Timsus AKP Akhmad Alfian.

“Penangkapan terjadi di jalan Gagak, Kelurahan Siriwini, Distrik Nabire pada Rabu (01/02/2023),” kata AKP Alfian.

Sementara korban perampasan merupakan  seorang seorang pengemudi ojek berinisial M (28) dan pelaku berinisial YY (23) warga KPR Siriwini.

Dijelaskan, saat kejadian korban sedang menurunkan penumpang di Jalan Gagak, dan pelaku bersama seorang temannya yang dalam keadaan mabuk datang mencegat korban.

Pelaku YY menahan motor saksi/korban sedangkan temannya dibelakang menempelkan pisau di bagian pinggang korban sambil meraba-raba kantong celana dan tas korban.

“Korban kemudian korban turun dari motor tetapi teman dari pelaku masih menempelkan pisau di punggungnya. YY kemudian mengambil uang korban semuanya yang berada di dasbor motor Scoopy milik korban. Kemudian pelaku dan dan temannya mencoba menarik tas selempang korban yang saat itu korban kenakan. Namun karena tas selempang tersebut korban kenakan didalam jaket sehingga pelaku para pelaku tidak mampu meraihnya dan korban pun mempertahankan tas selempang miliknya,” jelas Kasat Reskrim ini.

“Kemudian karena tidak berhasil mengambil tas, selanjutnya pelaku YY (23) dan temannya lari ke arah SMA Bhakti Mandala,” sambungnya.

Atas tindakannya, pelaku YY (23) dijerat dengan pasal 368 Ayat (1) KUHPidana Jo Pasal 365 Ayat (2) ke-2 KUHPidana, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama 12 tahun.

“YY sudah kami amankan. Untuk teman pelaku berinisial JA sampai saat ini kami masih melakukan pengembangan untuk mencari keberadaannya beserta barang bukti pisau yang digunakan,” terang ketua timsus AKP Alfian.[*]
