Pelaku perampasan sepeda motor (roda dua). – Bumiofinavandu/Dok Humas Res Nabire.

Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Tim Khusus (Timsus) dari Polres Nabire, Papua Tengah, telah menangkap seorang pelaku perampasan sepeda motor (roda dua). Aksi pelaku terjadi di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman (depan kios panjang).

Pelaku diringkus pada Jumat (17/01/2023) pagi, bertempat di Jalan Ahmad Yani belakang Toko Karya Papua.

Ketua Timsus Polres Nabire AKP Akhmad Alfian, S.I.K, M.H mengatakan aksi pelaku terjadi pada Senin (09/01), di kios Panjang, Kelurahan Karang Tumaritis, Nabire.

Penangkapan pelaku sesuai Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP / B / 18 / I / 2023 / SPKT / POLRES NABIRE / POLDA PAPUA Tanggal 09 Januari 2023 tentang Perampasan Motor.

“Pelaku berinisial AD (24) sudah kami tangkap,” kata AKP Alfian.

Dari keterangan pelaku menurut AKP Alfian, pelaku mengakui perbuatannya. Sebelum mengambil motor pelaku terlebih dahulu memukul korban ke arah kepala sebanyak satu kali kepada pemilik motor (korban).

Setelah menguasai motor korban, pelaku AD (24) langsung naik ke Deiyai untuk mengamankan diri setelah merasa aman barulah pelaku kembali ke Nabire.

“Pelaku AD (24) mengambil motor korban dengan posisi dipengaruhi minuman keras dan motor hasil rampasan digunakan sendiri,” tuturnya.

Barang bukti hasil perampokan yang diamankan, 1 unit sepeda motor honda type H1B02N41L0 A/T (beat) warna hitam.

“Pelaku AD (24) dijerat dengan pasal 365 ayat (1) KUHP dan atau pasal 365 ayat ( 2 ) KUHP  dengan ancaman hukuman  9 sampai dengan 12 tahun Penjara,” pungkasnya.[*]
