Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Himpunan Kerukunan Jawa Madura atau HKJM Kabupaten Nabire, Papua Tengah, berencana akan menggelar aksi demo damai pada Rabu (07/12) pekan depan.

HKJM menghimbau sekaligus mengajak demo damai untuk solidaritas serta kepedulian keamanan masyarakat Papua Pendatang di Nabire, yang ditandatangani oleh Ketuanya HKJM, H. Moh. Iskandar, SP.

Hal ini untuk menyikapi beberapa kejadian dan tindakan pembunuhan maupun kekerasan lain yang dialami oleh masyarakat Papua Pendatang di Kabupaten Nabire. Yang mana kasus terbaru adalah pembunuhan terhadap warga Papua Pendatang yang berprofesi sebagai tukang ojek.

Maka dengan ini, Himpunan Kerukunan Jawa Madura (HKJM) Kabupaten Nabire berinisiatif untuk melakukan aksi solidaritas dan kepedulian terhadap korban pembunuhan dengan pertimbangan sebagai berikut;

1. Di bulan November sudah terjadi dua kasus pembunuhan terhadap saudara kami terutama yang berprofesi sebagai tukang ojek. Serta kejadian tindak kekerasan lain di wilayah Nabire Barat.

2. Kasus serupa bisa saja akan menimpa saudara Kami yang berprofesi lain seperti pedagang sayur, petani, pedagang dan lain sebagainya.

3. Adanya kasus intimidasi dengan cara meminta paksa biaya lain-lain atas asset yang sah secara hukum yang dimiliki oleh warga Papua Pendatang. Hal ini dilakukan oleh oknum yang mengatasnamakan sebuah organisasi masyarakat tertentu.

HKJN menilai, dengan beberapa kejadian tersebut dikhawatirkan akan memicu ketegangan antar warga masyarakat sehingga muncul isu SARA yang tidak diinginkan.

Maka sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap tegaknya aturan hukum yang berlaku di NKRI maupun demi terciptanya suasana damai di Kabupaten Nabire maka dengan ini HKJM menghimbau serta mengajak masyarakat warga Papua pendatang untuk;

1. Melakukan aksi demo damai yang diadakan pada Hari Rabu, 07 Desember 2022 pukul 09.00 WIB dengan titik kumpul di Pantai Nabire.

2. Demo damai menggunakan kendaraan bermotor roda dua dan akan berkeliling kota Nabire.

3. Menghimbau agar pada hari Rabu 07 Desember 2022 seluruh pelaku usaha tanpa terkecuali milik masyarakat Papua pendatang untuk tutup sementara selama satu hari sebagai bentuk solidaritas.

4. Peserta aksi dengan kendaraan roda dua dimohon mengenakan helm serta memasang bendera merah putih yang dipasang pada tiang kayu secukupnya dan diikatkan pada sepeda motor bagian belakang/samping kendaraannya masing-masing.

5. Dimohon untuk hadir tepat waktu mengingat aksi orasi akan dilakukan di tiga titik yakni, Kantor Bupati, Polres Nabire, serta Kantor DPRD.

6. Khusus untuk masyarakat Nabire Barat (SPI, 2, Wanggar, Yaro) titik kumpul di perempatan Polsek Nabire Barat Sebelum pukul 09.00 sehingga diharap tepat pukul 09.00 semua sudah berkumpul di Pantai Nabire.

7. Peserta Aksi yang berasal dari Kampung Wadio, Distrik Uwapa, Distrik Nabire, Distrik Teluk Kimi dan Distrik Makimi langsung menuju Pantai Nabire sebelum pukul 09.00 WIT.

8. Peserta aksi dilarang keras membawa senjata tajam, melakukan orasi atau teriakan dengan muatan ujaran kebencian dan bersikap tertib sesuai arahan koordinator Lapangan.

Himbauan dan ajakan aksi demo damai ini disampaikan dengan harapan seluruh komponen yang melibatkan masyarakat Papua Pendatang di Kabupaten Nabire dapat berpartisipasi demi terciptanya suasana kondusif serta kenyamanan dalam melakukan segala aktivitas di Kabupaten Nabire.[*]
