Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Polri mengkaji lebih dalam terkait penelitian pembentukan Polda baru di Provinsi Papua Tengah.
Ka Tim Puslitbang Polri Kombes Pol Doktor Endro Sulaksono menjelaskan bahwa saat ini Polri akan mengkaji lebih dalam terkait pembentukan polda papua tengah di provinsi baru sehingga akan dibuat kajian mendalam dahulu,” jelasnya, Jumat (02/12/2022) siang.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut adalah Ka Tim Puslitbang Kombes Pol Dr. Endro Sulaksono., Kapolres Nabire I Ketut Suaranya S.I.K., S.H, Pejabat Utama Polres serta Tim Puslitbang Polri.
Kombes Pol DR. Endro Sulaksono juga mengungkapkan bahwa berkaitan dengan terbentuknya provinsi baru maka, dalam pelayanan keamanannya tetap dilaksanakan oleh polres yang berada di kota tersebut.
“Personilnya gunakan SDM dari polres dan polsek dulu sambil menunggu hasil kaji ulang tentang kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, SDM, dan lain-lain,” ucap Kombes Pol Dr.Endro.
Selanjutnya Kapolres Nabire juga menyampaikan bahwa masyarakat membutuhkan pelayanan kemudian untuk memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman itu lebih baik. Memang jadi kendala untuk sementara adalah salah satunya juga pemenuhan sumber daya manusia (SDM).
“Kalau anggaran sudah disetujui kan maka ada daftar isian pelaksanaan anggaran (DIPA) tapi yang akan kesulitan berkorelasi dengan pemenuhan personilnya sehingga dua hal ini harus seimbang,” kata Kapolres Nabire.
Lalu di wilayahnya Polres Nabire ini ada beberapa Polsek, Polsubsektor dan Pospol yang kami telah diusulkan naik tipe kenaikan namun kami belum bisa pastikan kapan akan terlaksana usulan tersebut.
