Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Aliansi Masyarakat Pesisir dan Kepulauan di Nabire, Papua Tengah, meminta aparat kepolisian di daerah ini untuk mengusut tuntas beberapa kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi pada tukang ojek beberapa hari terakhir.

Aliansi juga mengutuk keras kekerasan hingga berujung hilangnya nyawa orang lain oleh pelaku yang tidak bertanggung jawab.

“Saya minta Polisi segera mengungkap dan menangkap pelakunya. Kami mengutuk pelaku yang tega menghilangkan nyawa orang lain,’ ujar Ketua Aliansi, Hendrik Andoi melalui selulernya, Jumat (02/12/2022).

Perlunya pengungkapan kasus sampai tuntas dan pelakunya dijerat sesuai perbuatannya. Sebab kasus serupa bukan baru terjadi namun sudah berulang kali.

Selain itu, kasus ini murni kriminal sehingga jangan dikaitkan dengan persoalan lain.

“Mari kita lihat kasus ini dengan bijak. Sekali lagi kami minta Polisi tangkap dan usut tuntas kasus ini,” ungkapnya.

Andoi berpendapat bahwa rencana penyampaian aspirasi oleh Himpunan Kerukunan Jawa Madura (HKJM) Rabu (07/12) pekan depan merupakan hal wajar. Sebab kasus pembunuhan belakangan ini cukup meresahkan terutama untuk saudara-saudara Papua pendatang.

Dan kasus seperti itu bukan hanya dialami oleh non OAP. Tetapi kalau boleh, jangan cuma warga Papua Pendatang saja yang dihimbau, karena hal seperti itu bisa terjadi untuk siapa saja (pembunuhan), bukan cuma warga Papua Pendatang.

“Maka hal ini tidak boleh dibiarkan. Kalau mereka (HKJM) mau unjuk rasa, itu karena mereka jadi korban setiap waktu dan banyak korban dari pihak HKJN,” tegas Andoi.

Mantan Anggota DPRD Nabire ini menyarankan kepada HKJM tidak melakukan pawai kendaraan dalam aksi demo dimaksud. Sebab kesannya ada unsur unjuk kekuatan terhadap kelompok masyarakat lain.

Sehingga yang benar dilakukan adalah datang secara damai dengan kendaraan roda empat dari titik kumpul lalu menuju kantor DPRD untuk menyampaikan keprihatinan kepada DPRD.

“Dengan tentunya menghadirkan bapak kapolres sebagai penanggung jawab Kamtibmas di daerah ini,” sarannya.

Lanjutnya, rencana aksi demo saudara-saudara Papua Pendatang jangan disalah tafsir sebab akan memperkeruh situasi dan mengganggu kondisi keamanan.

Dia mengakui bahwa belakangan ini memang cukup rawan dan korbannya hampir semua orang non Papua. Namun tidak menutup kemungkinan, Orang Asli Papua (OAP) juga mengalami nasib serupa dari kejadian secaman ini.

Andoi menyarankan agar para Kepala Suku, perlu koordinasi dengan ketua-ketua kerukunan untuk menyikapi aksi penyampaian aspirasi dimaksud.

“Jadi sebagai warga Negara, mereka punya hak untuk menyampaikan aspirasi kepada pemerintah. Saya juga rencana akan ikut, saya mau bicara beberapa hal menyangkut keamanan kita seluruh warga Nabire, bahwa Kota ini milik kita bersama dan kitalah yang ,menjaga serta menciptakan kedamaian itu,” pungkasnya.

Sebelumnya, beberapa kejadian kasus pembunuhan terjadi di Nabire, Papua Tengah semenjak bulan November silam. Korbannya sebagian besar adalah masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai tukang ojek.

Dalam dua minggu terakhir, terdapat dua kasus serupa yakni ditemukannya mayat seorang pria di Jalan Pipit, KPR, Kelurahan Siriwini, pada Selasa (22/11). Kasus serupa terjadi lagi pada Rabu (30/11/) di Jalan Jayanti, Bambu Kuning, Distrik Nabire Barat. Kedua korban berprofesi sebagai tukang ojek.

HKJM menilai, dengan beberapa kejadian tersebut dikhawatirkan akan memicu ketegangan antar warga masyarakat sehingga muncul isu SARA yang tidak diinginkan.

Sehingga mereka (HKJM) berencana akan menggelar aksi demo damai di Nabire pada Rabu (07/12) pekan depan.[*]
