Nabire, Bumiofinavandu –  Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Aset Daerah ) Kabid Aset, Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah atau BPKAD Kabupaten Nabire, Hendrik Natobtiga, ST, MT, mengungkapkan bahwa total asset Pemkab Nabire, Papua bernilai Rp 3. 500.000.000.000 (tiga triliun lima ratus milyar) lebih.

“Jumlah itu terdiri dari aset Tanah dan barang bergerak,” ungkap Hendrik pada Rabu (20/07/2022).

Sehingga kata Dia, pihaknya terus melakukan pengawasan, inventarisasi dan pendataan untuk setiap organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD). Pihaknya bahkan telah menyurati pimpinan daerah untuk memberikan himbauan ke OPD masing-masing melakukan menginventarisasi terkait aset yang dimiliki.

Sedangkan untuk pengamanan aset, dilakukan penertiban secara pemanfaatan yang sudah tidak sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016, terkait status pemanfaatan barang milik daerah.

“Jadi untuk dilaporkan ke aset untuk dicatat menjadi aset tetap milik Pemkab Nabire,” katanya menjelaskan.

sehingga pihaknya terus melakukan penata usaha dan inventarisasi aset milik Pemkab Nabire. Aset yang dimaksud adalah aset tetap berupa Tanah dan bangunan, kendaraan mesin dan lainnya yang tertuang di dalam daftar inventaris barang A-F.

“Kami sedang melakukan penatausahaan dan inventarisasi aset milik Pemkab,” ungkapnya.

Disinggung terkait dengan aset Kabupaten dan Provinsi Papua Tengah nantinya lanjut Hendrik, perlu pembahasan lebih jauh bersama badan perencanaan, pembangunan dan pengembangan daerah (Bappeda) dan tata ruang dari dinas PUPR. Sebab ada master plan atau rencana pembangunan yang tertuang di dalam tata ruang.

Saat ini saya belum bisa menyampaikan wilayah atau batasan mana saja yang yang nantinya akan ditempati oleh Provinsi.

“Dari sini kita akan menentukan letak atau wilayah Provinsi. Kalau itu sudah akan maka Aset Akan memberikan hibah berupa Tanah dan bangunan yang sudah tertera, sebagai aset Provinsi Papua Tengah,” pungkasnya.(*)
