Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Lembaga Penelitian, Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Bantuan Hukum (LP3BH) Manokwari sebagai Organisasi Masyarakat Sipil (Civil Society Organization/CSO) yang memfokuskan gerakannya pada penegakan hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia di Tanah Papua.
LP3BH telah melakukan langkah pelayanan hukum dalam konteks pemberian bantuan hukum bagi salah satu tersangka kasus “penyerangan” Posramil Kisor, Distrik Aifat Selatan, Kabupaten Maybrat, Provinsi Papua Barat.
Hal itu dilakukan dengan adanya pertemuan antara Tim Penasihat Hukum dari LP3BH Manokwari dengan salah satu tersangka atas nama Michael Yaam (21) di Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan) Polres Sorong Selatan pada Kamis (23/9) lalu.
Sekaligus Michael Yaam yang dikenal dengan inisial MY telah menandatangani surat kuasa khusus sesuai amanat pasal 1792 dan pasal 1783 Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Perdata Burgerlijk Wetboek/BW). Oleh sebab itu, atas nama LP3BH Manokwari, saya selaku Direktur Eksekutif menyampaikan hormat dan penghargaan yang tinggi serta berterima kasih Kepada Kapolres Sorong Selatan dan jajarannya di Reserse Kriminal (Reskrim) yang telah memberi akses seluas-luasnya bagi Tim Pengacara dari LP3BH untuk bertemu dan bercakap-cakap sejenak dalam konteks konsultasi hukum dengan Tersangka Michael Yaam tersebut.
Dengan demikian, maka informasi mengenai kedua tersangka, Michael Yaam dan Maklon Same sudah ada pada Tim Lawyer LP3BH Manokwari.
Kami sedang berusaha mempersiapkan langkah untuk memberi bantuan hukum pula bagi Tersangka Maklon Same, sesuai amanat pasal 54, pasal 55 dan pasal 56 UU No.8 Tahun 1981 Tentang Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP).
LP3BH Manokwari juga telah diminta oleh keluarga dari Tersangka Yanto Sori yang saat ini tengah ditahan di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Polda Papua Barat. Another passage in the book revealed a very awkward encounter between Phil’s male flatmate and Jackie’s mother Julie.

rather than Gunn and Safran – who took control of DC two months before production began on Joker

Nothing signals the start of winter quite like the return of the
Fair Isle knit. Once considered ‘ugly’ knitwear we’d only pull out from the back of our wardrobes as an alternative to a Christmas jumper (especially the red-nosed reindeer kind à la Mark Darcy in Bridget Jones’s Diary) or for a winter sport holiday (specifically for après-ski), the Fair Isle jumper has
now become somewhat of a fashion statement.
The knit is named after the small, eponymous Shetland Island in Scotland and uses a traditional knitting technique to create those distinctive patterns with multiple colours.
It was brought into vogue by an earlier Prince of Wales (later Edward VIII) in the 1920s, and has remained a casual wardrobe staple for members of the Royal
Family, including Kate Middleton, whose jumper collection includes at least three different Fair Isle designs.

Another fan of the nostalgic knit is Alexa Chung, who recently layered a Fair Isle vest by Molly Goddard over a light blue button-down in a snap for Instagram.
The It-girl previously also wore a V-neck vest from Cotswolds-based knitwear brand Cooking
Apple, and sported a chunky Fair Isle crewneck with white, straight-leg jeans,
black loafers and an oversized, black leather blazer to ring in the festive season at private members’ club in London last year.
A host of designers have dropped Fair Isle-inspired knits for AW24,
proving the multicoloured jumpers have become a

Terrifier 3, written and directed by Damien Leone, is an un-rated blood fest, which has received a 78-percent rating from the critics on Rotten Tomatoes. Audiences have ‘certified’ it ‘hot’ and given it a healthy 90-percent on the popcornmeter.
The film earned $18.3 million at the box office according to The Numbers.

The movie studio spent about $200 million to produce the film and
about $100 million on marketing and distribution, according to the report.
It would need to gross about $450 million at the box
office to break even — when factoring in the
cut taken by theaters — though Warner Bros. sources claim the number is $375 million.
A Warner Bros. spokesperson responded to the report, saying ‘Any estimates suggested by anonymous “insiders” or “rival executives” are grossly wrong and continues a trend where rumor is reported as fact.’
‘The film continues to play in theatrical release, included with this week’s opening
in China, and will continue to earn revenue throughout its home viewing and ancillary run.’
So far, the musical about Batman’s nemesis has grossed $51.5 million domestically
and $165 million globally after two weeks of release.
