Nabire, Bumiofinavandu – Sebanyak 503 siswa-siswi dan 1 orang Guru di SMP N I Nabire telah menerima vaksin. Jumlah itu terdiri dari 360 siswa telah mendapatkan vaksin mandiri selama kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) daring. Sementara pemberian vaksin pada Sabtu (04/09) sebanyak 140 orang dan 1 orang guru.
Kepala SMP N I Nabire, P. Musendi, S.Pd., M.Pd Musendi mengungkapkan, pemberian vaksi oleh dua puskesmas. Yakni Puskesmas Sanoba sebanyak 38 orang siswa dan Puskemas Yaro sebanyak 102 orang siswa dan satunya seorang guru.
“Totalnya yang divaksin ada 143 orang hari ini. Kalau vaksin mandiri ada 360 secara mandiri,” ujar Musendi kepada Bumiofinavandu usai pemberian vansinasi.
Kata Musendi, sebelumnya tenaga pengajar di sekolahnya sudah mendapatkan vaksin. lalu ke-143 orang ini merupakan pemberian dosis pertama yaitu vaksin Sinovax. Kemudian untuk pemberian vaksin dosis kedua dijadwalkan pada (2/10) mendatangan.
“Untuk dosis kedua nanti setelah 28 hari kedepan,” katanya menjelaskan.
Menurutnya, pemberian vaksin didampingi langsung oleh orang tua siswa dan guru di sekolah. Namun untuk persetujuan siswa dalam mendapatkan vaksin ditentukan oleh orangtua.
“Guru dan orang tua awasi, tapi yang berhak tentukan anak divaksin atau tidak adalah orang tuanya,” tutur putra asli Kampung Moor ini.
Musendi berharap, pelaksanaan vaksinasi ini dapat berjalan dengan aman dan lancar. sehingga jika muridnya semua telah mendapatkan vaksin, maka pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa hambatan.
Karena pemberian vaksin sangat penting kepada anak agar terhindar dari penularan covid-19.
“Kalau semua sudah vaksin maka kami aman lakukan KMB. Tapi kalau ada yang belum maka ada KBM,” pungkasnya.(*)
